Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing this letter to apply for the position of BIM Modeller/ Design Drafter in your company. I am a bachelor’s degree holder and I finished B.E (Electrical Power ) from Taungoo Techonological University. I am interested to join in your organization. Therefore, I attached my resume by way of application. I perfomed as BIM Modeller/ Design Drafter for 5 years in Myanmar. I have been responsible for Creating 3D BIM models for various buildings using BIM software ( Revit, AutoCAD). • Generating 2D/3D shop drawings and documentations directly from BIM Model • Conducting clash detections and visual walk-through using BIM software. • Extracting material quantity data directly from BIM models. • Updating 3D BIM models as field and digital model changes occur over time. • Collaborating and coordinating internally or/and externally with other disciplines design changes and model change. My current aim is to extend my experience as a BIM Modeller inThailand and I’m looking for a new opportunity to extend my career where I can explore new challenges and professional growth. As a result-driven person, I am always comitted, proactive and self-motived. I am a fast-learn and good at communication. With the ability to coordinate all aspects of my work in an organized manner, I have proven to adhere to deadlines. Above and beyond my experience and capabilities I have been commended for organisational skills and the way I handle responsibilities in a flexible way.
