As the Managing Director of CPM Vietnam, a member of Omnicom Group, I have been leading a team of over 100 field experts across the country to deliver innovative and effective solutions for our clients' sales and marketing challenges. With more than 16 years of experience in this role, I have successfully set up, restructured, and developed the company's operations, systems, and culture, while expanding our retail and distribution channels and strengthening our brand presence and performance in key stores.My specialties include new business and company setup, company restructure and development, people and change management, distribution and retail channel development, and database and system standardization. I am passionate about bringing brands closer to customers, providing valuable insights for decision-makers, and creating enhanced brand experiences. I am also a fund manager at ThienThanBe, a charitable fund that supports children in need of food, healthcare, and education.
