I have over 20-years experience in legal and tax advisory. I have started my career in tax department of Arthur Andersen in 1998. I joined the tax department of Deloitte in December After legal advisers exam, till September 2013 have been working for Deloitte, when I have become founding partner of Enodo. I specialize in ongoing tax advisory in particular M&A, including Due diligences and tax audits and corporate income tax. I have wide experience in planning and implementing of business structures for several sectors including but not limited to pharmaceutical, production, real estate and FMCG. My clients` portfolio includes Polish individuals and corporations and also multinational corporations operating worldwide.
