With experience spanning the full remit of commercial and operations, including strategy, innovation, marketing, and technology (digital products and enterprise IT), I take a truly balanced and connected viewpoint in leadership. Over the past years in executive leadership, I have brought a commercial lens ensuring that digital solutions and ways of working are in full alignment with the customer promise and actively propel sustainable growth. On a personal note, I bring tried and tested resilience. I operate with vision, empathy and ambition, bringing teams of 250+ together in a united vision for change. I am passionate about strong leadership in times of flux and change, a focus that has fuelled my success and transition across sectors and professional disciplines.
