With over 40 years of experience in the car repair industry, I am the Managing Director at Crash Care Centre Hitchin Ltd, an award winning & leader of a car repair business with BS10125. I oversee the operations, finances, and marketing of the company, and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. I have a strong background in the paint side of the business as well as sales leadership, business data management, and marketing data analysis, which I developed in my previous roles as an technical & sales manager at Axalta, a global leader in coatings company and as a Technical Specialist at John Harris Car Paints, a renowned car paints distributor. I am passionate about car paints and their applications, and I have multiple skills in product testing, evaluation, and demonstration. My mission is to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions for work providers, insurance companies & the customer and to grow and maintain the Crash Care Centre brand in the UK. I value teamwork, innovation, and excellence, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the paints side of the repair process within the accident repair sector.
