My career at AstraZeneca has taken me across the business - from internal communications for Oncology R&D, to shaping culture and strategy delivery in Global Corporate Affairs, and now leading communications for Pharmaceutical Technology & Development in Global Operations. Combined with my background in the not-for-profit sector, this has given me deep insight into how different parts of large organisations work, and how communications and engagement needs vary across functions while serving the same overall mission.
