With a background as a Professional Rugby Union Player for 13 years at four elite-level clubs, including Melbourne Rebels, Stade Français Paris, Aviron Bayonnais Rugby Club, and Toshiba Brave Lupus, I've thrived in high-pressure team environments, honing my leadership skills to achieve performance targets in high-stakes situations. My enthusiasm for tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions has been a driving force in my career. Collaborating with individuals to help them grow and enjoy their work brings me immense fulfillment. Coming out of the bubble that is professional team sports, I have a passion for creating new connections to a variety of people. Having witnessed firsthand the positive impact of employee well-being on team success, I firmly believe that companies prioritizing their employees' welfare have a higher likelihood of achieving success. My commitment to personal growth is unwavering. I've continually sought education and self-improvement, earning a degree in business, achieving citizenship in France, and completing an MBA at Macquarie Graduate School of Management. As I transition beyond my athletic career, I eagerly anticipate exploring new opportunities and making a meaningful impact in the corporate world.
