My role as Associate Director and Site Lead has allowed me to work with a dynamic and innovative group of managers, project leaders, and scientists. This work has included the investigation of novel biological delivery systems, microbial inoculants for improved plant growth, and enzymatic solutions for biocontrol. As as plant molecular biologist with a strong background in plant genetics, genomics, and plant-microbe interactions, I carry a deep passion for finding sustainable solutions for BioAg. I actively enjoy working in diverse and collaborative teams and have discovered a new-found joy in "agile" ways of working.
