Graduate of a Master's degree in Digital Communication: Brand Content and Communications and Community Manager at Weborama. Becoming a Community Manager and Communications Officer gave me the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and learn how to manage : Brand awareness 🤖 e-reputation 🤝 Customer relations Creating and leading a community 🧠 Implementing a digital strategy Creating a website As a content creation enthusiast, my various experiences have given me knowledge of different tools: Photoshop Illustrator Aftereffect Canva Playplay Curious and very open-minded, I was able to open up to different sectors of activity: ‍ ᴇᴀᴛᴀʟʏ: ᴇᴘɪᴄᴇʀɪᴇ ɪᴛᴀʟɪᴇɴɴᴇ I first started as a simple sales advisor and then I was able to carry out different missions around e-commerce. ᴀɢ-ᴘʀɪɴᴛ: ᴇɴᴛʀᴇᴘʀɪsᴇ ᴅ'ɪᴍᴘʀᴇssɪᴏɴ For a few months I was a Business Developer. I was then able to get closer to the missions around customer relations in BToB, the creation of a customer portfolio. ‍ ᴡᴇʙᴏʀᴀᴍᴀ : ғʀᴇɴᴄʜᴛᴇᴄʜ ᴀᴜᴛᴏᴜʀ ᴅᴇs sᴏʟᴜᴛɪᴏɴs ᴅɪɢɪᴛᴀʟᴇs I went there to find out about communications, and that's when I fell into this field and realised that it was for me!
