About Hugo Dawson

I am a huge people person and started my working life by joining and serving in the Royal Air Force Regiment. I spent 3 and a half years making lifelong friends, seeing the world and firing big guns. In 2016, I decided my goals and aspirations had changed and it was time to move on. After travelling the world with my wife, I sort of fell into recruitment in 2017 and as they say, the rest is history! I have extensive experience recruiting temporary staff in both driving and industrial sectors. I have worked directly on site for clients managing teams of over 100 as well as running high street branches with a varied portfolio of clients and a team of consultants and resourcers. In August 2023, I made the decision to change sector and and now work in the Data Centre space. I provide contract and permanent staffing for the construction of Data Centres across EMEA & USA. I work directly with clients and candidates with the sole purpose of uniting people with life changing industries and providing a service second to none. Outside of work, I'm very active and outgoing and love sports and keeping fit. I'm a massive Rugby fan and a keen golfer (although I don't profess to be any good). As well as sports, I'm an avid fan of travelling and love ticking destinations off of the bucket list with my wife. We are currently at over 20 countries visited together! Other than that, I'm very family and friends orientated and I am extremely lucky to have so many amazing people in my life. I would say that my biggest assets are my people skills and my adaptability to new and different environments. I am constantly striving to better myself in every aspect and I am passionate about personal and career development for myself and my colleagues.
