Profile Resume: • Degree in Computer Science and postgraduate degree in information systems management; • +9 years experience as IT project manager with strong technical background (+ 10 years experience as Java/JEE architect and team leader); • Experience working in an ‘Agile’ / ‘DevOps’ context; • IPMA Level D: Certified Project Management Associate; Main Responsabilities: • Align business and technical teams concerning requirement, planning, technical solutions and risks/issues; • Manage communication and project governance at all levels (steering/strategic, tactical, operational); • Manage project stakeholders, prepare key status meetings and report project status and issues/risk management; • Alignment with Insurance companies teams concerning expectations, deliverables, milestones and quality assurance; • Working both in the 'Life' and 'non-Life' domains covering key business areas including production, claims management and compensation, with a focus on process optimization, process automation and digital transformation; Project Portfolio: • Segurnet Platform - Program and Portfolio Management - Service Management - Technical Manager - Outsystems delivery manager; • e-SEGURNET (Cross-Platform Mobile App - Ionic Development - iOS, Android, Windows 10 Mobile); • FHS (Faturação Hospitalar às Seguradoras)- Hospital Billing to Insurance companies - joint management with the health system shared services of the ministry of health of Portugal; • PAT (Participação Eletrónica de Acidentes de Trabalho)- Work Accident - Digital claim;
