About Hugo Legramandi

Co-founder of LIV Eco Habitats, the only Constructech in Brazil specialized in Thematic Experience Clubs, Concept Homes, and Smart Stores, integrating civil engineering, mechatronics, and modular scalable methodologies. Our projects focus on Resort Bungalows, Innovative Franchises, and Retail Networks, delivering relocatable solutions, custom corporate identity, and construction innovation. Currently, I also serve as Head of Engineering at FIC Capital, leading operations in fund-based financing, strategic performance planning, asset certification, and third-party capital allocation for financial market structures. Additionally, I am an Advisor at LEGALCERT, combining engineering insight, risk analysis, and financial intelligence to structure solutions connecting investments, tax incentives, and loss control, turning technical diagnostics into high-impact strategic decisions. I hold a degree in Civil Engineering from the former Escola de Engenharia de Lins, with a thesis in Modular Construction, and completed a postgraduate program in Industrialized Construction at ITIE. I am also a Robotics and Programming instructor for over 9 and leader of the PINGOSTORMS Robotics team, nationally recognized in the FIRST LEGO League and awarded for innovative solutions for Cities of the Future. My work integrates technological innovation, sustainability, tourism, modular construction, and user experience, bridging engineering, business, and social impact to create scalable, sustainable, and high-value strategic projects.
