I’m an operations architect focused on building clarity, scale, and leverage into how teams work. Over the last decade, I have led global operations across manufacturing, recruitment, and technology, translating complexity into systems that perform. At Proper, I serve as Senior Head of Operations, helping shape the infrastructure that supports a 400-person remote accounting organization. My focus is on aligning automation, process design, and team structure to create measurable efficiency and predictable outcomes. Previously, I helped Implementing Ideas LLC achieve ISO 9001 and AS9100 certifications, establishing the foundation for operational scalability and traceability in manufacturing. My approach combines data, systems thinking, and people development to build organizations that run on insight rather than intuition. What drives me is creating order within complexity, designing frameworks that allow growth to happen without friction, and empowering people to operate at their highest level of contribution.
