About Hui L.

Hui Liu received her Ph.D. in Biological Oceanography and M.S. in Statistics. She has 15+ years’ experience in data analytics and technology. She has held various positions within the pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic industries. In her current role as Director QA Innovative Capabilities, Hui is responsible for driving audit-related innovation strategies, and Quality Assurance (QA)’s partnerships across functions to develop and implement novel solutions for continued QA business transformation. She leads the efforts to utilize technology and AI-based data analytics strategies (e.g, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, etc.) to facilitate gaining deep insights to pre-clinical, clinical and PV compliance and drive identification, implementation and adoption of automation capabilities (e.g, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to facilitate the audit process. She takes every opportunity as an adventurer and is determined to challenge the status-quo while shaping the future. She is a maximizer who is passionate about collaborating and connecting opportunities to make a bigger impact. Hui strives to innovate and inspire others and is open to new ideas. A good listener, she understands business needs and applies her expertise to solve problems. She enjoys being the analytics translator to bridge between analytics and business. She loves to be involved and make contributions to a better community and a better world through her work and volunteering.
