Humberto Ramirez Urdaneta is a prominent Venezuelan economist, who has a long track record of success in the financial and real estate sectors. Mr. Ramirez Urdaneta has served as an executive and investment advisor for important Venezuelan and International banks such as; Banco Industrial de Venezuela, Banco Galicia, The Mortgage Bank of Latin America, The New World Baninvest Commercial Bank and Investment Bank.Mr. Ramirez Urdaneta completed his postgraduate education at IESA, and is a well-known expert - with over 30 years of experience – in the area of loans, investments and insurance. Among his most notable achievements, is the launching of the corporate banking division of Banco Industrial de Venezuela, and having served as a distinguished President for a major insurance company.Mr. Ramirez Urdaneta has successfully turned his attention to the real estate sector. Among his noticeable developments, are major projects such as, La Estancia (private homes) and a 5 star boutique beach hotel. The latter has been very well received – culminating in several awards by experts and peers alike. Besides professional accolades and a track record of success, Humberto Ramirez Urdaneta, has always been involved with the community. Mr. Ramirez Urdaneta has held advisor roles in the Commission of Human Rights in Venezuala. In addition, Mr. Ramirez Urdaneta was a member of Caracas Hild, and was on the board of Izcaragua Country Club.Mr. Ramirez Urdaneta has established himself as an important developer within new build-outs in Florida and is currently managing international investment funds in Latin America.
