About Hung N.

Economics BA with experience in customer service and paraprofessional work- I know a good amount of Excel (maybe too much): VLOOKUP, Index Match, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA. I first was exposed to Excel in high school. There was a difficult computer requirements exam I had to pass. I knew most of the topics, except one. Excel. After an unsuccessful attempt at asking the IT guy to teach me it after school, I taught myself Excel and ended up being one of few people to pass the exam. I even received the highest score. Since then, I have been using spreadsheets to keep track of interesting data in my day-to-day life, and I even run calculations to find interesting insights. Beyond that, college and work helped broaden my skill set. Who knew Excel could get so advanced!"The customer is always right." While I might not fully agree with this quote, I can't say that I don't live it. I always find joy in brightening up other people's days. I remember in my rough times, when I was lost in a strange town or found myself utterly exhausted after a rough day, some human interaction and a friendly smile always managed to flip my day upside down. With that in mind, whenever I work, I always have the end user in mind. Work isn't just work - it's also a chance to help someone else. My work motto:"leave it better than you found it." Change and improvement is the name of the game. There is always a way to improve processes and make business more efficient. All it takes is some creative thinking and knowledge. I tend to overthink things, so it comes naturally to me.
