I lead our legal and regulatory functions with a focus on scaling responsibly, staying compliant, and keeping risk where it belongs - off the balance sheet. I’m a corporate generalist by design, with experience across accessibility, anti-bribery, AML, KYC, privacy (CIPP/US), contracts, information security, and sustainability. I’ve built compliance programs that protect revenue, unlock growth, and make life easier for the business. In practice, I work across engineering, finance, IT, product, operations, marketing, and sourcing—negotiating smart deals, managing legal risk, and solving for scale. I lead strategy and execution on governance, risk, and compliance, and partner closely with executives on business-critical decisions. With over a decade in a highly regulated industry, I’ve drafted legislation that drove company growth, led governance efforts across the U.S, EU, UK, Canada, and Dubai, and negotiated numerous contracts that balance innovation with accountability. My approach is part regulatory fluency, part commercial pragmatism—whether I’m running diligence, managing vendors, or designing policies that stick. I operate at the intersection of law, business, and public policy—with an eye on results that are legally sound, operationally efficient, and aligned with long-term value.
