As a Sales Consultant at Galaxy Motors, I help customers find their ideal pre-owned vehicles and provide them with excellent service and support. I have a vehicle sales license issued by the Vehicle Sales Authority of BC and I am proficient in retail operations and customer relationship management (CRM) skills. Before joining Galaxy Motors, I was a Store Manager at Foot Locker, where I led a team of 15 associates and oversaw the daily operations, inventory, and sales of the store. I also worked as an Assistant Manager at Foot Locker for eight months, where I assisted the Store Manager with staff training, merchandising, and customer service. I have over a year of experience in the retail industry and I am passionate about delivering quality products and services to customers. I have a Dogwood Diploma from Spectrum Community School and I am interested in pursuing further education in the automotive field.
