About Hunter Cook

I am a Dalhousie University Graduate with a bachelors degree in Business Management, majoring in Entrepreneurship and Innovations. A number-orientated student, favouring Finance, Accounting and Statistical courses. Also, possessing advanced computer skills in all Microsoft Office programs. Over the last year, I have completed the Real Estate Salespersons Program through Humber College. Living in Toronto, a city founded on business opportunity, has greatly influenced my drive towards achieving new goals through a variety of experiences. While founding Muskoka Mafia Inc, I had the responsibility of developing detailed financial plans and budgets. These proficiencies became necessary for my interchanging roles at Black Rock Realty Inc. A private real estate investment corporation, focused on value-add and repositioning of commercial assets. Over the years, I have played a managing roll in numerous projects. I was directly involved in the sourcing, coordinating and budgeting of trades for major capital expenditure items, both cosmetic and structural.
