About Hunter Dahnke

Working in Telecom since the age of 18, I've set foot in call centers, data centers, and outdoor compounds of every sort. I cut my teeth answering phones in a call queue for Directv Tech Support (pre-merger) developing my acumen for problem solving and critical thinking. I later joined their Case Management team where I spent the next 2 years as an Advanced Resolution Specialist, working on decreasing instances of repeat issues with individual customers. In 2017 I moved briefly to the outdoor side of things, working as a groundman for an AT & T contractor. Our primary scope of work was repairing and installing cell towers throughout Western Montana and Eastern Idaho. It wasn't long before I found myself drawn back to Missoula, where I landed a position as a telephony support and implementation specialist for Blackfoot Communications. Since then I have been indulging myself in the deployment and management of residential, commercial, and carrier grade telecom services.
