I have a Bachelor's degree in Professional and Relational Communications from Tarleton State University, where I learned how to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders. I am currently a Quality Technician II at Tesla, where I review, repair, and escalate damaged items, conduct training courses, and work with engineers to provide quality assurance. In my previous roles at Tesla, I gained experience in production, reworks, and station training, as well as knowledge and experience with various tools and processes. I am passionate about solving problems creatively and efficiently, and I value teamwork, innovation, and sustainability. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
