I founded Starlite on a personal fascination, and 2 words."I believe" Allow me to explain. First, my personal fascination. Since I was young I have been a railfan at heart. Trains, energy, and transportation has gripped me to my core and truly fascinates me like none other. From my earliest memories watching BNSF's railyard operations, to model railroad shows, trains are in my blood. And with it, energy, technology, engineering, and subsequent technologies. Second, I have enthusiast and professional experience with diesel combustion technology, I can firmly state that I believe that the diesel era is coming to an end. That a new energy technology is on the horizon. I believe that better energy is possible. And I want to be part of it Lastly, but most importantly, I gained personal experience with both excellent, and malevolent organizations. I had the ability during my time being a team member of the High Tekerz 3574 robotics teams, to spend some time at Digital Control Incorporated. An excellent organization, that truly values its employees at its core. I then was shell-shocked when I went to work for Larson Mercedes-Benz, a truly malevolent organization, that valued its employees, and its customers equally worthlessly. These 3 things combined, created a very personal conviction for me to found Starlite Engineering. An organization of "Excellence", that dreams and believes in better energy, better workplaces, and happier customers."Tomorrow does not yet exist, but our dreams do. So we get to work, like always. Because "tomorrow" will be what we make it. And if we can create the future in our heads, it'll meet us halfway."
