About Hunter Hayes

Since 2011, I have focused my career on elevating the role of employed medical groups within complex healthcare systems. My project scopes span centralizing access through patient contact centers, redefining and deploying care team models, conducting performance improvement projects through operational assessments/implementations, perioperative patient throughput, developing physician and APP compensation plans, defining physician effort allocation methodologies for academic health systems, and optimizing medical director/physician leadership roles. As a Partner at Chartis, I lead multiple engagements across the country working directly with executive teams and physician leaders in identifying and implementing opportunities that strengthen their patient and family/clinician/staff experiences as well as their economic performance to deliver high quality care in the communities they serve.
