I have over six years of work experience at Apple, starting as a Technical Specialist and becoming a Mac Genius in 2021. I have a Bachelor's degree in Sport Psychology, a membership in American Mensa, and a certification in Project Management, which reflect my intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new skills. In my current role, I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive test plans, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the seamless functionality of these innovative products. I adapt to dynamic requirements, such as the integration of third-party devices and wearables, by staying abreast of evolving industry standards and best practices. I am passionate about empowering customers to use technology to improve their lives, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of experts.
