I am an accomplished contributor in the professional security industry with more than 20 years of proven success in the Management, Security, Military, and Government sectors. My experience lies in leading and developing national and international level security projects through to completion and implementing strategies and processes that prove effective for the overall safety of the companies and governments I have worked with. I pride myself in providing exceptional guidance and support in professional security settings, with a specialized commitment to navigate positive change and improve the culture of an organization to enhance trust and morale. My professional background includes work in Operational Security, Risk Management, and Security Consulting as well as extensive international assignments and awards as an Armored Reconnaissance Soldier, with Master Corporal Rank, in the Canadian Armed Forces. Since 2005, I have progressively demonstrated a proactive approach that has afforded me a well-rounded skill-set in leading professional safety and security projects, including managing overall operations, liaising with municipal, provincial, and federal government officials, coordinating enforcement and investigation practices, and actively coordinating community projects, task forces, and workgroups. I am highly competent at working to enhance security and enforcement practices and make complex decisions with ease. I have also been engaged in VIP protective details, Special Event/Camp Security, Surveillance, Narcotic Search Teams, and various levels of Investigative assignments. Domestically, I have assumed supervisory roles and coordinated logistics for client operations. I operate on a platform of client satisfaction, safety, and integrity, and remain a devoted practitioner within the protective services field. Having maintained both a diverse knowledge base in academia and the professional sphere, I bring to the table a holistic Risk Management approach.
