Proven ability to analyze financial statements, assess internal controls, and conduct risk assessments. As an auditor, I am responsible for the following. Examining and verifying the financial records and reports of an organization to ensure that they are accurate and comply with the relevant laws and regulations. I am committed to obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement, whether caused by error or fraud. I also have a role in evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of company internal controls put in place to achieve business objectives. This includes providing recommendations to improve weak internal controls, investigating instances of possible fraud, performing reconciliations of financial and operating information, monitoring compliance with industry standards, laws, and guidelines, and evaluating whether processes and procedures are functioning properly.
