Duties- Leading the tax team Appraisal Method: Management by Objectives (MBO)- Managing the project of the E-receipt with the tax authority and Plementus the Golden partner of Odoo ERP in the experimental and actual phases, starting from April 2022 till going live at July 1, 2022- Cooperating with the Tax Authority and the ERP developers in order to implement the electronic invoice and daily follow-up with the portal in order to ensure the integrity of the process of uploading the sales invoices and receiving purchase invoices- Managing the operation of changing the company's ERP from the contracting stage until the live operating stage with Plementus the Golden partner of Odoo ERP including all the necessary support- Applying article 56 related to royalties and prepare the forum on new Egyptian tax portal- Leading and review the daily, weekly, and monthly transactions related to the accounting department to assure its tax complaint- Working closely with the External auding firm and the tax authority representatives- Gathering the necessary analyses to prepare the returns, and preparing the necessary files to upload the returns on the old and new Egyptian tax portal of the Egyptian Tax Authority- Tax auditing: Reviewing all invoices related to expenses from the tax point of view - Withholding tax: collect the date from the supplier's sheets to prepare the WHT report- VAT: collect the data from accounts payable (Administration expenses – operation expense's) to prepare the sheet for deducted inputs- Stamp tax: audit the expenses invoices to make analysis and the analysis must be available before end 60th day for every invoice in order to complete the tax auditing process- Support in Tax Inspection process by made all related analysis and representing the company in some stages of these inspections.
