About Huzafa Hayat

The human brain is a crazy place, and there are two things that facinates me the most. First: the concept of consumer logic and how rational yet irrational it can be. And second: the challenges of communicating and delivering in a way that persuades and convinces consumer always requires optimization - so you're optimizing for something that is both rational and irrational. I apply the same thinking and methods in marketing that I also apply in leadership, because whether you're connecting with consumers or with your team, you're connecting with the fun irrationally of their logic- in order to bring ideas together, influence an outcome and also optimize and scale for future growth. Previously, I handled and led the SEA + SAF market as Digital Marketing Specialist, bringing in new clients + marketing agencies to build their foundations with Google, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google My Business + Facebook Marketing, TikTok Marketing, WeChat Marketing. Moving on to excel and enhance my career ladder, I'm managing and leading a sales team to excel their product knowledge, sales skills & development as a Training and Development Lead in Google Outside of work, I serve and train new forex traders to execute and learn new strategies to implement in the financial market. I also serve on the Board of Directors in International Pioneer School Bangkok. An international school committed to delivering the best UK circulum in Thailand. Consider me as a big Football/Soccer fanatic (Go Liverpool F.C) motivational book reader and life long learner on digital aspect of the world.
