Background
About Hyunjee Ryu
I am a perception engineer with a lot of interest in autonomous robotics. I have been developing and researching perception, control algorithms and systems for autonomy on various platforms (mobile robots, RC cars, real vehicles, drones, RC airplanes, airplanes, etc.). I developed autonomous systems/algorithms that detect, recognize, and operate using deep learning, mainly using sensors such as cameras. Currently, I am interested in the fields of recognition and estimation using deep learning, and deep reinforcement learning, and I am doing research related to it. I am working on the RAM Vehicle Development Group of Hyundai Motor Company, where I am serving as a lead of flight control and autonomy working group for Advanced Air Mobility(AAM) vehicles.
