I have over 15 years of experience in dealing with large volumes of temporary and permanent work force solutions, covering recruitment, HR management, candidate attraction through the employee journey to attrition on a daily basis with a specific interest in employee engagement, behaviour, diversity and inclusion to name a few. I remote manage a team of direct reports across many levels, Consultants, Senior Consultants and multi site Senior Contract Managers as well as creating, maintaining and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the UK.
