Analyzed 100’s of pages of reporting, identified key performance indicators, eliminated non value add reporting, defined automated (tablet based) scorecard (including selection of IT provider) with drill-down KPIs and associated action plans to improve results. Field leader using my focused KPI performance improvement tool increased Sales $50M+ in first year.FINANCIAL CONTROL, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, AND CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONSolved for major expense volatility and uncertainty, by engineering largest multi-year vendor partnership in company’s history. Created all financial models for sizing the opportunity, defined KPI’s for tracking and validating savings, and partnered with legal on the contract negotiations to ensure the vendor was held accountable. Saved $27M+ over 5 years.TALENT DEVELOPMENT, TEAM BUILDING, AND COACHING & MENTORINGReduced finance expenses by 36% in under 5 years (while improving team engagement scores).
