I’m a seasoned Senior Building Services Manager with over 25 years of experience delivering mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and critical infrastructure projects across commercial, hospitality, industrial, healthcare, and food production sectors.With a deep technical foundation in MEPH systems—including chilled water, LTHW, welded public health, ammonia/glycol refrigeration, and siphonic drainage—I bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills to every project. I’ve successfully delivered turnkey projects covering the full spectrum of building services, including electrical installations, power distribution, lighting, and controls integration.Now working in a permanent role with BAM Services Engineering, I serve as Senior BSM and Lead Mechanical Manager on the Broadgate Tower refurbishment project—a high-profile scheme involving CAT A upgrades, capital plant replacement, and the construction of a new three-storey Pavilion with a landscaped roof terrace, linked to the existing tower. I’m responsible for design coordination, commissioning strategy, mechanical compliance, and site-based delivery across all phases of the works.My focus is on delivering operational excellence, mentoring upcoming engineers, and contributing to BAM’s long-term success through strategic planning, technical leadership, and first-class site management.
