Simplified, standardised and automated the annual workspace assessment processes for a Health and Safety team resulting in the efficient handling of over occupational health cases reducing risk to the organisation and removing the need for per annum in interim labour costs to support case handling. Through the mapping and improvement of 24 end to end processes I helped a 200 strong front of house patient care team, at a healthcare facilities services company, improve their service at a major UK hospital, eliminating 98% of SLA and KPI breaches and removing per annum of PFI contract penalties to the health trust.
