I am passionate about designing diverse and captivating blended learning experiences for various clients and audiences. I have over fifteen years of experience as an instructional designer and a learning experience designer, working with leading organizations such as CAPREIT and WSIB. My core competencies include applying instructional design theories, practices, and methods, creating engaging learning opportunities, incorporating adult learning principles and design thinking, developing solutions that increase learner engagement, retention, and proficiency, and using various tools and technologies for learning. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new topics, and collaborate with other professionals in the field of learning and development.
