With a diverse background in psychometry, industrial psychology, coaching, and market research, I currently work as a Director at People Measures, crafting bespoke Assessment and Talent Management solutions for clients across Australia. My career began at the Centre for Sociological Research at RAU, where I immersed myself in social research. After spending time in the UK as an education researcher for one of London's largest boroughs, I transitioned to market research at Ipsos Markinor, collaborating with premier clients in the FMCG and Loyalty sectors. Later, I joined Ipsos Sydney and took on roles in both the Loyalty and Media divisions, managing projects for government and multinational clients. Seeking to further my personal and professional growth, I returned to South Africa to complete my Honours in Industrial Psychology and psychometrist training. I gained invaluable experience as a psychometrist intern at PsyCaD and YSC before returning to Australia. I am passionate about utilising assessments to help individuals uncover their strengths, provide meaningful career guidance, and ensure they find their perfect roles. In doing so, I enable organisations to tap into their potential and fully harness the talents of their workforce. I am always eager to connect and explore ways we can work together.
