I have extensive experience of Banking, Pensions, Wealth and Asset Management, and Life, Health and General Insurance businesses.I enjoy leading teams in resolving complex issues, and I am passionate about creating a culture that realises the team’s full potential.I strive to ensure that the finance function provides the business with insight into the drivers of success, identifies opportunities to optimise risk and reward trade-offs, and develops clear, concise information that drives action in support of strategic objectives.I have deep experience of strategic development and implementation, organisational design and transformation, and demergers and listings.I have bring strong knowledge of many aspects of finance activity, at group and divisional level, including internal and external financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, IFRS and regulatory reporting, tax and treasury, and finance governance, systems and operations.
