About Iain Sweatman

20 years experience working in Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Ecommerce and Sales. While my current projects are under wraps for now, in recent years I had led the National and Strategic Partnerships group at SkipTheDishes, leading a team of 40, who were directly responsible for the growth and prosperity of all major restaurant brand relationships nationwide. I also wrote custom software solving process problems, advised the CEO, COO and VP on varied initiatives, implemented Salesforce (AirKit and Vidyard, too!), minimized client onboarding time from 6 weeks to mere days, established KPIs, and strategized. I've had the pleasure of working closely with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Sales on many transformative projects, and have coached and mentored many truly amazing people. I'm an advocate of an inclusive workplace, and work hard to nurture collaboration and cohesion within the teams I oversee. Previously, I worked in advertising, Ecommerce, and sales, where I consulted with SMB across the country on branding / campaign development, web presence (despite my personal aversion to it), and process optimization. If you catch me outside of work, I'm probably exploring outdoors, building something at home, spending time with my family, or researching something (It's a bit of a problem).
