My path to the present: I started in export sales to become CRO and CMO before co-founding and running my own backed startup for 7 years in EMEA and USA. After exiting, I mentored start-ups for Accelerators and helped Corporates incubate their venture teams using the startup playbook. Realizing people development skills were also crucial to enable corporates to adapt to a changing world, I developed my coaching, training, and transformation abilities as a freelance for France's leading new player in this area over 5 years. Today, I help corporates transform themselves into organizations where people and results can thrive by adopting AI in a streamlined approach that reconciles. Business goals.
