About Iain Wareing

I'm a passionate individual who strives for excellence no matter the domain and tries to instill confidence in teams and build excitement for visions and strategies to ensure buy-in.I base this on my creativity and my love of using it, my presentation skills are left-field but they are engaging and entertaining to provide an alternative and bring people on board. This is backed up by a natural curiosity but also a desire for structure to ensure people are on the same page and there are no surprises.This has manifested itself through many projects and initiatives within banking topics, mostly data driven, trying to ensure maximum benefit for the user, customer, or whoever may be consuming the product we are delivering, and leaves more than satisfied. In addition to the usual hobbies, I am also a part-time streamer on Twitch where I enjoy sharing my passion with others, and also lending my time for charity events on the platform, having been involved in events raising up to a million dollars and having engaged with one hundred thousand people in 2022, and hopefully more in 2023.
