About Ian Adams

I’m the Senior Network Operations Power Manager at Verizon NJ, the leading global deliverer on innovative communication and technology solutions. I lead the company’s statewide efforts in New Jersey; overseeing a team of professionals and managing the annual spend. Our most exciting work to date is the focus on ensuring network reliability throughout the Central Office power environment by validating that the power infrastructure is properly maintained, updated, and tested. This campaign engaged my team and we have found it rewarding to deliver outstanding results. I’m passionate about my work and I am always eager to connect with others. I enjoy all aspects of my career. My favorite stage of a project is working with partners to achieve the objectives in a collaborative process. As we go through that mutual process, ideas are shared, barriers removed, and this is always the energizing part. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. I’m always interested in hearing from former colleagues; contact me if you’d like to connect.
