This methodology allows me to view a company’s business processes as they are, without bias from the ways other companies work. It is my objective from the moment I start a new project to learn everything that is relevant to the job that I am doing. I use my previous experience to generate questions that accelerate this learning process and use the answers to produce the system that matches the customer’s requirements. No two companies I have encountered to date have the exact same business processes however most of them have a large number of similar requirements and objectives. My overall objective is to produce a computer system that can be used as a tool to help the customer do their business more effectively.
