Set up and created credit and debt recovery system for Exalt Training as well as implementing changes in the Terms and Conditions and the front end sales deliver and policy- Head of the smooth system for the Transfer of Debt/Credit from learndirect to 3rd Party Company after recommendations I gave the board to outsource Collections due to the positive Financial returns- Develop and create processes for the delivery of dealing quickly, efficiently within budget a way to handle all debt/credit which falls into Individual Voluntary Arrangements, Debt Relief Orders, Debt Management Plans and all learners who become Bankrupt- Develop the Collections Area of learndirect and be responsible for the recovery of bad debt held on the loan book. Create and implement a Litigation Department in learndirect to ensure bad debt is recovered within timelines set. Create and implement Small Claims Court Action within our Department as well as using 3rd party partners Thomas Higgins Solicitors, Daniels Silverman and Debt Collection Bailiffs Ltd- To develop the Chargeback area within learndirect and all Stonebridge Training delivery to cap the current loss 9% of sales revenue. Use 3rd party partners Chargebacks911 to ensure all Chargebacks are challenged and recovered- Create the Career Support Service for learndirect and Stonebridge Group including the monitorisation of the product along with a business plan to map a 5 year steady growth module.
