I am an experienced SEND leader with extensive experience in diverse educational environments spanning mainstream, special and independent settings. My leadership roles have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and nuances associated with special educational needs and disabilities. My journey has afforded me the opportunity to play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies that foster inclusivity and achievement for every student, irrespective of their learning requirements. Moreover, I've actively participated in system leadership as both a Specialist Leader in Education (SLE) and an Evidence Leader in Education (ELE). Engaging in the delivery of diverse training programs, including the NPQ qualifications, has further enriched my professional repertoire.
