About Ian Austin

I have more than 5 years experience working in the customer service industry. My most significant role has been working for Dan Murphy's as a Customer Service Representative. I worked there for 5 years and during that time I enjoyed developing my customer service skills. I quickly adapted to the work which lead to me being given the responsibility of looking after the store while higher management were not on site. When this was this case I was in charge of my team members, ensuring that they were conducting themselves in a professional manner. This also lead to me developing my problem resolving skills, as i had to adapt to any customer needs that would arise. Being given this responsibility has been the highlight of my working career thus far. It reinforced my work ethic and strengthened it as it served as an indicator for me to what I was capable of. I would be thrilled to bring my work ethic to any position that would become available for me.
