I’ve spent over a decade making sure the right films get to the right platforms—on time, in spec, and audience-ready. At iNDEMAND, I manage scheduling and asset delivery for Movies On Demand (MOD) across Comcast, Cox, and Charter, working with major studios and independent distributors. My focus is content accuracy, operational clarity, and smart curation backed by performance data- Box office performance, AV quality, release strategy, and cast are some key indicators I track when selecting titles for promotion. I build and distribute box office tracking reports weekly using Excel and BoxOfficeMojo to help guide internal priorities. I’ve curated monthly Indie Highlights for years, identifying titles with strong audience appeal across VOD platforms- Content doesn’t land successfully without coordination. I work closely with Operations, HR, and studio partners to align workflows, validate metadata, and manage delivery deadlines. I’ve led scheduling for thousands of titles and supervised staff to ensure standardization across all platforms. When challenges arise, like tight windows, content swaps, and missing materials, I adjust timelines, rework priorities, and keep things moving. During COVID-19, I pitched and ran the “Drive-In Hits” VOD stunt to reflect changing viewing behaviors. I also curated internal screening series like Season of The Nic (Nicolas Cage) and Live It Up!(Bruce Willis), bringing colleagues together around the content we release. It’s important to me that our work connects, both internally and externally.
