I first used MYOB in 2001. In 2003 I qualified as an Approved Partner (Certified Consultant) in 2003 and ran my own consulting & training business which specialised in Retail installations. The primary product I delivered was MYOB RetailManager but I also provided and installed the related POS hardware. In subsequent years, I extended my experience with other POS software products working with other MYOB Partners and then as a BDM for a software company.My motivation is customer satisfaction and ensuring they have the best experience and get efficiency and productivity gains from the processes they adopt.In the last 20 years in the roles I have had, one of the key skills that drive what I do is my focus on being to identify and deliver solutions.
