Background

About Ian Beeson

For over 35 years, I've had the privilege of leading teams for Fortune 500 Companies all over the world. I learned from amazing leaders (including a couple who were amazing for the wrong reasons!), and from all of the people with whom I worked - in Australia, England, Europe, Nigeria, America and throughout Asia. I've seen the magic that happens when people unleash their power and potential to achieve their dreams and their goals - and I'm passionate about sharing that with you!Like many others, I was given the gift of "The One Minute Manager"(By Ken Blanchard and Spencer Johnson) when I was first promoted to leadership. thank goodness! Over the years, I read and implemented many more of Ken Blanchard's leadership technologies, and they worked so effectively that I have now devoted my professional life to sharing them with as many other individuals and organisations as I can.You can get a taste of these techniques at: or by calling us at 1-300-BLANCHARD (within Australia). My team and I are available to discuss the critical challenges of leadership, motivation, retention, engagement and productivity that you and your organisation face. and we're only a call away.Email me at: Ian.Beeson@BlanchardInternational.com.au, or call 1-300-BLANCHARD (1 300 25 26 24) for more information.Check out the "People Centred Leadership" video below - it's a great start!
