I thrive on challenge and love to deliver, have high levels of resilience, am self motivated and perhaps best described as having a passion for inventing new, more powerful, more profitable ways of doing business whatever that business may be. Its turning those insights into reality that marks people out. Lots of people have big ideas, I have big ideas. Execution is what matters and I do execution. I have worn many hats in my career, programmer,project and programme manager, marketeer, strategist, consultant, solutions architecture, business development and NHS manager. As a result I have a unique insight into managing multidisciplinary projects and the navigation of complex challenges. What makes me stand out. An ability to communicate concepts at all levels means a reduction in mistakes, and mistakes cost money both in terms of time and effort. Proven expertise in both the private and public sector, adaptability to different ways of working and different styles of leadership depending on what is needed at the time to get the job done in the best way possible. A broad and understanding of IT issues and how they relate to issues a company may be experiencing, including suggesting and delivering appropriate solutions on time and within budget. With a proven adaptability in new situations, frequently being called upon to learn new skills and technologies quickly and apply them to real world situations. My mission in the workplace is to look at complex issues people have been struggling to solve and develop simple cost effective solutions. I love making new professional acquaintances.
