Experienced and efficient at conducting detailed investigations in to complex and sensitive material. 8+ ongoing years experience as an investigator (4+ years as a coroner) where I work daily with highly confidential information, utilizing high levels of tact and discretion to conduct forensic investigation into sudden death cases. 9 years experience in GIS where I have gained essential skills and understanding in high level cartographic production, the use of ArcGIS 10x suite, network and spatial analysis techniques, database construction, as well as Model Builder, exposure to Python programming language, and experience in converting CAD datasets. Experience in WebGIS development using ArcGIS Viewer for Flex 3.4 and WebApp Builder for ArcGIS Online. Created the Unidentified Human Remains (UHR) Interactive Viewer using WebApp Builder for ArcGIS Online which won a 2019 BC Provincial Government Award for Innovation. I have a diverse experience in report writing, including forensic and investigative reports in to death investigations, unidentified remains and missing persons, Privacy Impact Assessments, Environmental Impact Assessments, submarine cable routing, water utility system management and Habitat Risk Assessments. I have project management experience within the environment sector, as well as more recently in investigative and forensic analysis fields.
