Professional time:** 2 x M&A Founder exits - CVPartners (2014), R & DPartners (2022).** Building an EdTech / HRTech product which will transform the candidate : employer hiring pipeline, level the playing field & "end" the war for talent.** Former Chief Operating Officer, FrontdeskAnywhere (SaaS)** Former Business Co-Founder & Executive recruiter in San Francisco / Silicon Valley (1997-2017). During my tenure at CVPartners the company grew to 4 operating divisions with seven offices and over 70 recruiters resulting in $40M in revenues. We operated with 300+ consultants working at client sites in 15 US States. We received many awards including Best Place to Work, Fastest Growing Companies, and Inc. In 2014 we split CVPartners into 2 operating companies with our first exit in 2014 & our second exit in 2022. I spearheaded our CVPartners Executive Search division - a nationally focused retained executive search practice that partnered with companies ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 100, in locating the executive level talent.
